The swimming pool was heated and the breakfast was gorgeous. The room we had included a safe box, a sofa bed, and a stone fireplace. The location was marvellous and excellent, very close to Marrakesh, and Djemaa el Fna square. Also, The Great Barn was 3 km away.

Riad El Grably provides an excellent respite from and counterpoint to the hectic pace of the medina in Marrakech. From the moment you walk in, you are made to feel welcome and at home in a comfortable setting where French and Morrocan styles of hospitality meet. The plunge pool offers a refreshing dip after a hot morning of haggling in the souk or seeing the sites, and you can sun bathe on the roof terrace or soak in the Jacuzzi with a glass of your favourite refreshment. In the morning, you will awaken to the calls to prayer from the surrounding mosques, then lull yourself back to sleep to the sounds of twittering birds. You can start your day with a lovely breakfast served in the quiet courtyard.

The superior double room was comfortable and had a beautiful bathroom with a hot tub. It was in a great location, very close to Djemaa el Fna square, the souks, the Jewish Quarter, and Dar Si Said museum. the hotel was just a 10-15 minute walk from the Columbia Center Skyscraper.

Superb location adjacent to the Marrakesh train station. The hotel was set only 1 mile to medersa ben youssef. Agdal district was worth visiting.

Riad had a stunning roof terrace which was the perfect oasis in the middle of Marrakesh.
Riad was a little difficult to locate down narrow side streets.

Fantastic riad. Wonderful staff, including the French owner who is very helpful in arranging things and giving advice. Rooms are tastefully decorated and the roof terrace is huge, incl. jacuzzi. Next time I'm in Marrakesh I will definitely stay here again.

The quiet and calming ambience after the bustle of the city outside.
Arriving late at night and being handed over by the taxi driver to two young men and being taken down dark alleys to God knows where.

Francoise is terrific, she's the French owner of this riad (hotel/guesthouse) which only's got eight rooms. She took really good care of us when our stomachs got upset, give s medicine and advise. She knows a lot about Marrakech, the Moroccan culture, transport etc The interior, decoration and the rooms look really good (see pictures). Each room's got a wonderful little balcony where you're allowed to smoke (which is prohibited in the rooms but is allowed everywhere in the riad). From the top rooms, just two stairs up, you can directly climb up to the roof terrace, cool view and enough shadow too! The pool's nice and clean. Also she got us a stay in another riad when we arrived a day early and she didn't have a room vacant. Francoise, thank

The staff were great and we all loved the decor and design. If I returned to Marrakech to stay in a Riad, I would definately stay here. We were a group of 7 Irish holiday makers on our last night in Morocco............ perfect ending to a great holiday.
